Welcome to Last Call

This blog is where I'll be sharing stories from behind the scenes—both from my writing life and from the world that inspired my novels.

Before I became an author, I spent more than fifteen years working in bars and nightclubs. During that time I met incredible people, witnessed unforgettable moments, and learned that some of the best stories happen long after most people have gone home. Every bartender, server, manager, musician, and regular customer has a story to tell. Some are funny. Some are heartbreaking. Some are the kind that stay with you for years.

Many of those experiences eventually found their way into my writing.

My debut series, Pour Judgement, is a crime thriller set against the backdrop of the nightlife industry. It follows Sean Collins as he uncovers dangerous secrets surrounding his father's death and becomes entangled in a world of power, betrayal, revenge, and family secrets. While the story itself is fiction, the atmosphere, personalities, and behind-the-scenes realities are inspired by years spent working in an industry where every night could bring something unexpected.

This website isn't just a place to learn about my books. It's also a place to explore the stories behind the stories.

In the months ahead, I'll be sharing articles about the writing process, crime fiction, the realities of nightclub life, character creation, story inspiration, and occasionally some of the wild experiences that helped shape the world of Pour Judgement. I'll also be posting updates on future books, new projects, and whatever adventures happen to find their way onto the page.
